Refund policy

• Basically, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products. However, if there is a defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to respond after 7 days.
• We cannot accept returns of items that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
